At West Coast Impact, we seek individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young athletes while upholding Christian values. Coaching positions are filled by individuals who meet or exceed the following criteria, include but are not limited to:
- Passion for Sports: A genuine love for volleyball or basketball and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Commitment to Youth Development: A heart for mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both athletically and character-wise.
- Positive Role Model: Someone who can lead by example, demonstrating integrity, patience, and a Christ-centered worldview.
- Statement of Faith: All coaches must sign and agree to our statement of faith, affirming their commitment to the core values of West Coast Impact.
- Background Check: All coaches must pass a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our athletes.
- Good Standing: Coaches must be in good standing within their community and church body, reflecting a life of integrity and alignment with Christian values.
