A: Season is August through November for volleyball and January through March for basketball

Practices and Games
Q: How often are practices and games?
A: Teams typically practice 1-2 times per week, with games scheduled during the week. Practices are one time per week for the 7-11 year olds in volleyball and 5th/6th grade in basketball. Specific schedules will be provided by your coach.

A: Players are responsible for their own gear, such as water bottles and knee pads. Team uniforms will be provided once registration is complete. Uniforms are returned at the end of the season.

A: Absolutely! We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to coach and assist teams. No prior experience is necessary—training is provided. All coaches are background checked and vetted. Acceptance is at the discretion of the board and AD.
