The team mom fosters community, unity, and support within the team and across the league. Working alongside the coach, players, parents, and other team moms, you create a positive environment that strengthens team spirit and league camaraderie. Positivity is key.
What you'll do
Community Building
- Organize team bonding days, celebrations, and events that build fellowship
- Plan after-game socials with other team moms across the league
- Be a compassionate, approachable presence for players, parents, and families
Game-Day Logistics
- Assign court jobs to volunteer parents and helpers
- Manage team jerseys — distribute, collect, and track them
- Relay schedules and updates between the coach and parents
Parent & League Liaison
- Be the point of contact for parents on team activities and league info
- Coordinate yearbook and photo sessions with league photographers
- Keep everyone informed, engaged, and connected
Events & Celebrations
- Plan and run team events, socials, and end-of-season banquets
- Celebrate the team's effort and achievements all season long
