Caitlin Hess

Caitlin has been a coach for West Coast since 2018.  She has a deep love for the game of volleyball and has enjoyed sharing her experience and love of the game with her players. Caitlin played at Golden Sierra High School and on club teams at NCVC and Cal Synergy before heading to the east coast to play NCAA Division 1 volleyball at Rider University in New Jersey.  Caitlin strives to provide effective technical coaching and also mentorship to help players navigate the challenges of learning new skills and growing as an individual on and off the court.
