Delete your WCI app account
This is for the West Coast Impact app (westcoastimpact.com/family, and the WCI app from Google Play or the App Store).
How to ask
- Email jodie@westcoastimpact.com from the email address you sign in to the app with.
- Put “Delete my WCI app account” in the subject (the button below fills it in).
- We reply to that address to confirm, then delete the account.
What we delete
- Your app sign-in, so the app no longer opens for your email.
- The alert codes for your phones, so no more WCI alerts are sent to them.
- Your athlete's app access, if you turned it on.
- Your Going / Can't go answers and the volunteer jobs you signed up for.
What the league keeps, and why
- Chat messages you sent. They are the league's record of what was said to families and athletes, kept for everyone's safety. They show your name, but they no longer reach you.
- Your registration and roster record (who played on which team). That is the league's record, kept as our privacy policy describes. To ask about removing it too, say so in your email.
